How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

"So yeah, this XxLordBlackShadowxX has stolen a video (either from ~ShadeNinja's DA account or ~Daelyth's YT channel), modified it a bit to cut the final credits out, then they proceeded to upload it into their own channel, saying that they made the video and animation, and that they called two friends of theirs to dub the two characters (called Shade Ninja and Black Shadow in the comment of the stolen video).
Well. . . *pardon my French here* THE BULLSHIT!

So, if you can spread the word until this video won't be taken down, it would be appreciated.

It appears that "XxLordBlackShadowxX" on Youtube has also got an account on Photobucket full of images collected stolen from here on DA!
I've recognized fanarts from ~Arce78, =LuzbelDestello, ~Daelyth, and also from MY gallery!

You know what's funnyin all of this? That dude has been IDIOT enough to just save the images with the very same name you can save them all from DA, so the one stolen from ~Arce78 is still called "An energon pizza by arce78". I bet each image has that problem too. . .

So, besides staying on alert for his videos, keep an eye on his frigging Photobucket account too, and spread the word even more!
In the meantime, if any of you recognize their own artworks in there, you can go to report it to abuse(at)photobucket.com
Don't rush to DA's Help Desk, for they can't do anything (because the stolen images have been uploaded on an external site which is not their turf)."

Si, pensa di essere furbo (anzi, furbA, a quanto pare è una donna.. peggio ancora). Però di furbizia ne ha ben poca, perchè ho già provveduto a mandare a youtube il form per gli abusi, compilato con tutti i dati necessari: voglio proprio vedere se lei ha il coraggio di metterci nome e cognome per contestare!
In ogni caso se non lo toglie lei personalmente ci penserà youtube stesso, e nel migliore dei casi chiuderà anche il suo bel canale

Sì anche io l'ho già sgnalato per violazioine di copyright, ieri, dopo averlo visto :/ è chiaramente un furto, basta anche vedere la "sua" gallery su Photobucket per capirlo (ma anche solo il fatto che cambia stile ogni due disegni dovrebbe far insospettire)

già.. assurdo poi che certa gente, come c hi ha commentato più sopra, venga a dirmi "se non vuoi che la gente ti rubi i lavori allora non pubblicarli"... sinceramente: ma che cazzo di ragionamento è? Ci sono delle leggi, ci sono delle REGOLE su questi stessi siti, che dovrebbero essere rispettate, punto. Queste regole impongono di non usare/pubblicare materiale altrui se non si ha l' autorizzazione. Non è giusto che una persona rinunci a crescere artisticamente, a far conoscere il proprio lavoro, a causa dei disonesti. Eh no, cazzo, perchè la devono sempre aver vinta loro? Perchè adesso deve essere colpa mia che pubblico su internet?? Cazzo, ma la civiltà, il rispetto per gli altri, e per il lavoro degli altri, dov'è finito? Una volta per tutte, il prossimo che viene a dire una stronzata del genere si becca un bel vaffanculo e siamo a posto... non è possibile che ci sia qualcuno che venga a DIFENDERE comportamenti del genere, NON CI SONO SCUSE.. perchè uno che viene a ribattere con quelle parole sta proprio dicendo che siccome una persona pubblica un disegno su deviant art, anche chiedendo di non pubblicare l' opera senza il consenso, anche mettendo la propria firma, è lecito che qualcuno scarichi tale opera spacciandola per propria... mah, guarda sono allibita -_-

If you upload something to the internet you can never be able to control nothing gets copied by other people. If you dont want that anyone uses what you upload..dont upload anything.

I' m sorry, but I don't speak english very well: if you had better attention, you'd see that I am a foreigner. I speak italian, I do not know all the words..otherwise I could explain myself better.
Anyway,
Everyone should have the right to publish their works without these incidents: it's a legal item.
I've wrote the limits of usage of my pictures and my movies on my profile.
